    The package was shipped out pretty fast and the stamp and set was in great condition. Since this is a gift, I used it to see the result and learned that the font was different from what I chose. I have no clue if it is incorrect but it just looks different than what was put on the sample photo. I’m not upset but feel a bit mislead.

    il servizio clienti non è valutabile perchè l’articolo è arrivato presto senza intoppi per cui il servizio non è mai stato attivato. il prodotto è come in foto (forse un po’ meno lucido) solo che me lo aspettavo più pesante. il negozio ha dichiarato che l’oggetto è in pietra nella descrizione ed in resina nelle foto (è leggero sarà resina) dovrebbero cambiare anche la descrizione dell’oggetto per essere più chiari

    The item is more sturdy than it looks, I was impressed. It also came with complimentary paper and practice instructions (in Chinese) as well as a small ink stick. All of these I didn’t expect so it was a nice surprise. The only reason I put 4 stars instead of 5 is that the wood has white varnish stains all over it. As if it was varnished with an expired varnish. It’s not pretty up close, but from afar, you won’t notice it. Also when mounting the stand, the hole on one side wasn’t big enough so I had to force it in. It wasn’t centered so the wood cracked a little bit but it still holds. For the price and the amount of items that came with it, I’d say it’s still a good deal.
